Migrate to SOLR 8 Cloud

Start SOLR in cloud mode

• Update /etc/systemd/system/solr.service to start SOLR in cloud mode by adding the argument -c

• Remove old files in /srv/ontoportal/data/solr

  • the folder config by doing so sudo rm -fr config

  • in the folder data do sudo rm -fr prop_search_core* term_properties_core* term_search_core*

• Restart SOLR service

  [centos@stageportal system]$ sudo systemctl daemon-reload
  [centos@stageportal system]$ sudo systemctl restart solr.service 

(Optional) Open SOLR port 8983 for testing

sudo iptables -I INPUT 5 -p tcp --dport 8983 -j ACCEPT
sudo service iptables save # for CentOs
sudo netfilter-persistent save # for ubuntu
